Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team.The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuringthat our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Set up and support audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT projects and initiatives.
• Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
• Assist in creating and updating IT documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
